Features:
1. Safety designed spring unit. To avoid accidental spring popping up, Valtorc actuators are designed with a safe independent spring return unit, which is supplied as a fully welded module. When the pneumatic actuator moves, the spring presses against the drive module, which will not impact the spring end cover, reducing stress and improving safety.
2. Permanently lubricated plain bearings are combined with a low-friction, corrosion-resistant hard chrome inner coating to ensure flawless operation of internal components, while a heavy-duty structural outer coating protects the actuator from corrosive environments.
3. Large torque output. The torque of the double-acting actuator can reach 750000N.m, and the torque of the spring return actuator can reach 500000N.m. The air supply pressure to the actuator is up to 12 bar.
