High frequency pneumatic actuator
High-frequency pneumatic actuators are designed for switching or regulating rotating equipment, and can provide symmetrical or tilted torque output. It is mainly used to operate ball valves, butterfly valves and plug valves. It has double-acting and spring return options. Its output torque is significantly higher than the rack-and-pinion cylinder of the same specification. The internal shift fork is specially hardened with high-strength alloy steel to reduce power wear and extend service life. The shift fork and the bearing are closely matched to avoid movement clearance errors and provide precise control.
product details
Features:
1. Modular spring package. Different spring combinations are provided according to different air source pressures. The design of low-stress springs can effectively extend the service life of the springs.
2. Corrosion-resistant connectors. All connecting bolts are stainless steel and have good corrosion resistance.
3. Piston guide ring. The piston guide ring made of ultra-high molecular polymer has an extremely low friction coefficient. At the same time, the material has high hardness and excellent wear resistance, providing precise guidance and long service life.
4. Shell. The inside of the shell is processed with high precision and anodized. The thickness of the oxide layer is >20um, which has a low friction coefficient, excellent anti-corrosion and wear resistance.
5. Shift fork. Made of high-strength alloy steel and specially hardened to reduce dynamic wear and extend service life.
6. Standard connection size. Complies with ISO 5211/DIN 3337/NAMUR.
