Features:
The non-falling seat-valve body structure ensures maintenance-free operation in high-flow vacuum applications and reduces impact. This structure also facilitates the installation of the valve on the pipeline.
The rubber sealing ring is spherical in shape when it contacts the top and bottom of the valve stem, protecting the rubber from falling off or deforming due to long-term use.
The streamlined metal valve plate is carefully designed in the laboratory to minimize pressure loss.
Low torque operation extends service life and saves cost on optional actuators.
The zero-leakage valve stem sealing structure, the rubber O-ring installed on the upper part of the valve stem, and the valve plate and sealing ring that are in close contact with each other in a spherical shape eliminate leakage to the greatest extent.
